I was skeptical a floor stand would make much difference, but the elevated overhead view is way better than propping the monitor on a dresser. The flexible top-stem let me angle it down over the crib just right.

The flexible top-stem makes it so easy to tweak the angle over the crib, and the base stays put even with a wiggly toddler nearby. Set it up in seconds and haven't had to adjust it since.

The elevated overhead view from this stand is exactly what I needed to see my baby clearly without cluttering the dresser. The base is sturdy enough that I don't worry about accidental bumps.
